Hey guys I just have bought a kind of frozen fish fillet called pangasius
And here are the nutrition facts I just want to make sure if it's fine or not for cutting

Per piece
Calories 124.52
Calories from fat 30.84
Local fat 3.42
Saturated fat 1.64
Cholesterol 25.2mg
Sodium 70.6mg
Total carbohydrate 0g

So my qs is what is local fat ? And is it good or bad ?? and what abt the cholesterol is this amount fine for cutting ?? And is the amount of saturated fat fine for cutting or no ?
I eat 3 pieces a day

Wrong forum, this is for individual Nutrition Logs, you should re-post this in the general nutrition forum. As for your question, cutting is about what you eat its about how much.

Regardless of this fact, eating three pieces of this fish is not going to be detrimental to your cut as long as you are fitting it into your overall macro-nutrient totals. Btw, you look pretty cut in your photo, so you must have some knowledge of how to get it done, I think you can figure out whether or not this fish can fit in your diet, yourself.
