Yes! I wouldn't go 50g over your allotted body weight. If you weigh 180lbs then u need 180g of protein per day. If your training a lot and are looking for hard gains then it's ok to add a little more protein, but I wouldn't go over 50 grams. It's hard enough on your body breaking those proteins down, especially if u aren't taking high quality proteins.
