any cutting tips bro?
lookin to get down to 10% bf from 16 %
much appreciated
I know I'm not him... But what kind of an answer are you expecting? I mean there are no cutting tips (per se) other than "eat less and/or move more".
You'll get from 16% to 10% by either moving more, eating less or a combination of both. Do that consistently for a prolonged period of time and your weight will drop.
The only "tip" would maybe be lose the weight slowly and don't intentionally drop weight in the gym. But that's the kind of stuff birds have been chirping in the trees for decades.
That. I mean I don't really know how to explain lol, the stickies should explain.
Chickneater negged me back: "You are one creepy stalker, say hello to my ignore list."

And thanks Julia:) The icecream was different but in a good way, and thanks for the deadlift comment, however I want to get past 405lbs soon!
Hey man, just wanted to say excellent log!! I've been following it since you started (A whole ****ing two weeks!!) and I've def learned a lot. Good luck with your comp and keep the great material coming!
Sweet dude, glad you're enjoying the log and info
<-- still lurking on this.
Nice food pics! I believe I spotted some sriracha on a chicken+broccoli plate. That, or you're cheating on me.
wut?
Good stuff man.
You sir are correct, I love my sirracha cock sauce ;)
Yeah, team efforts who needs 'em? Bodybuilding is all dependent on yourself. Just the way I like it.
I would love to get to 10%BF, thats another goal I have...thing is I have to cut on so few cals. I'm at 1900-2100 a day right now and when I bulk it literally takes less than 2500 to gain weight. :(
Bodybuilding is an individual sport, but also a lot of outside peer influences can make a huge impact. The motivation you receive from them can make the different. So it is a team sport, however indirectly!
I was the same with calories, near my prep my calories were so damn low.. Now they are at 3,400 and I am almost just as lean, it's crazy. Try slowly introducing calories to maintenance if you start stalling for a while, then drop back down.
I can't keep up with this thread. Every time I come back it's 5 more pages of randomness.
Get with it dude!
The traffic here reminds me of Manu's log. I am contriburing of course, I am not denying this:D
I am an avid lurker of his log, a ton of motivation from him. He's such a great guy to represent this lifestyle.
We will make sure there is a "Clomabanus dude Part 2" before August is here.
Damn man, I'll be obese if I have to keep up with all the traffic.. goodbye life hello endless typing LOL

Wow.. never would have thought this log would have 20k views seriously! I do feel as if I need more videos, so I will try my hardest to get weekly videos, but at my gym, there are just so many bros it would be hard and awkward.. but I'll try!

Yo guy got any tips for the DB SLDL's? I'm not getting great activation from em, but then again my gym's only got up to 80 lb db's :( either that or occluded curls
With the DB SLDL's, I really like to stick my hips/ass out when going down and focusing on stretching the hamstrings. When performing the concentric portion of the movement, focus on keeping your lower back tight, and brining your hips and ass back in. It is a MMC type of movement, hence why I prefer the DB's.
Hey Cumulonimbus, How is the BB Armband workout out? it start to smell like a gym bag yet? The 2nd one they give to you, how is it in size? Around about the same to be able to swap it out while you clean the other one?

Mirin' all ceps.
Having read your log, I think your device is defected. 2,000-2,200 TDEE on workout days along with your NEAT is a bit too low, regardless of your weight and height. There could be a possibility of hypothyroidism, but I kind of doubt that. Hows the scale? Is it showing that your current macros are working? Thanks for answering. :)
I have contated Bodymedia, so we'll see what they have to say about it. I think I'm gaining weight, at least now with the raised cals, but it's a little bit hard to tell.

Hey Colomnubanus
I'm pretty cut up, but not shredded as you are/were. I'd like to ask you if you think that for you, personally, the conditioning would be worth the invested effort if it were only to look and feel good during the summer period and not to win any competition or anything? In other words: You didn't ever feel misrable during the extremely low bf-levels you reached? I think I'm about 7 or 8 % now and you are/were probably at 4-5 would be my guess... doesn't sound like that big of a difference but I imagine it takes great effort to get down there. On the other hand, it may just be that some people do better at low bf levels than others. I hear about guys from this forum all the time that get shredded for a competition but feel absolutely miserable in the final weeks...
Thanks for any insight! :-)

"Lyle McDonald paints a dark picture of life in the low body fat percentage-range. Yet I and my clients maintain a low body fat % without any of the often cited symptoms, such as anhedonia, low libido and a general sense of weakness.

True, and I think getting down is not so bad. But I also think that many people will have to sacrifice their well-being if they try to maintain contest-like conditioning over longer periods of time...

Point of my post was, Martin claims he and his clients can maintain the ~5% BF levels year round without many making sacrifices or suffering from the negative side effects associated with low BF%.
If you are following IF and don't mind the effort to get that low, which it seems you don't, you should go for it and see for yourself if you in fact can avoid these side effects as he claims you can. Since it isn't so bad to get there, if it's not working out for you, you haven't lost much.
Just my 2cents. I'm sure Cumpernickle will share his thoughts soon enough.

Yes, but even Martin himself wasn't as ripped as Copernikus I reckon. And I maintain that, probably, many of us will experience a fair bit of "sides" from getting that low. But sure I'll try to get there, but I won't do it if I find that it's just living hell since I'm only doing this for my personal well-being, confidence and all of that stuff... not to compete and look my absolute best for a short period of time

The only time I felt "miserable" aka dieted down were the 2 weeks prior to my show and the 3 weeks inbetween my first and second show.
This is such an individual question that it is something than only you can answer from personal experience. At this BF, I feel like I have a ton of energy. The only thing that sets me back at times is when the weather is crap (weather heavily influences my mood). Some people have a lowerish set-point, others don't. A ton of variables come into this sort of situation. Genetics, food intake, activity level, training frequency, sleeping patterns, outside influences such as stress, environment, etc. You shouldn't exactly try and stay at a low BF if you personally cannot sustain it mentally.
True, and I think getting down is not so bad. But I also think that many people will have to sacrifice their well-being if they try to maintain contest-like conditioning over longer periods of time...
As mentioned, it boils down to the individual. Some can, some can't. Look at Alberto Nunez for instance, the guy is rolling into a show this weekend and his strength has BARELY went down, he is not feeling dieted down, his hormones/libido is in check and he is around his natural set point. On the contrary, some people feel like death offseason at 10-12% BF and say they must be around 15ish %. It's a very individual situation where only you yourself can determine the answer.
So in class right now...bored, here's a nice research review if anyone is interested.

im sure you have noticed that your test levels go into the ****ter the leaner you get. for some, the body is hypersensitive to getting below a certain bodyweight/fat level and will down regulate a lot of hormones

That's a good thing. While they might not look bad like their self-haterization would make you think, the fact that they are not satisfied and are seeking improvements only means good things to come. I suspect a lot of that from the regulars here...hence why they are here. The dedicated few.

I posted my last picture just for fun on a different fitness board, and some people told me that I look like a man
:D:D
Success! lol
I get that comment about my back and chest quite a bit... my arms havent leaned out enough quite yet to be getting that far... look out in the next two weeks though!

I have contated Bodymedia, so we'll see what they have to say about it. I think I'm gaining weight, at least now with the raised cals, but it's a little bit hard to tell.
Hopefully they refund your product. As I mentioned earlier in either my thread or your thread, try daily morning weigh ins after bowel movement and peepee. If no bowel movement, record it next to your weigh in number to keep track.

As I mentioned in your thread earlier, for your size those bis are impressive, keep it up. I better see some magic happening at the beginning of your workout week.
Hey mate, your a great motivation, really inspiring.
With your routine i was wondering if you are using layne nortons power hypertrophy routine or your own???
cheers.
Thanks dude. You can't exactly call it Layne's routine since he didn't make it up, but rather popularized it. I do follow a WSB/PHAT mix. I perform mainly WSB's ME days. I am thinking of running a WSB full out in the near future.
inspiring thread, i got all the motivation i need just by reading it.
I get all the motivation from you guys... legs in 30 minutes or so! Thanks :D

You got to a PHENOMENAL build for a female. Perfect balance of femininity and muscularity. If you are saying that you can't get to a lower BF%, you are just being tough on yourself.. really. PS Will you be making a journal anytime soon?
You know you outwork people when guys mistake your avatar photo for a man's back!
I've used your pics a couple of times to show some girls from my college that women can actually put on muscle... they seem to think that that hormonal shortcomings would hinder any gains, but obviously you can achieve quite a bit!
Very impressive :-)
Thank you, and my test levels are not higher than normal, I specifically asked the doctor about this:)
Julia is quite the inspiration, for both males and females. The lady has gotten past the bullcrap info, built a better physique than most males on this site, and is so damn humble. Keep up the hardwork, because it surely has an impact on all of us :)
im sure you have noticed that your test levels go into the ****ter the leaner you get. for some, the body is hypersensitive to getting below a certain bodyweight/fat level and will down regulate a lot of hormones
I noticed hormonal issue when my calories were low as opposed to BF levels. BTW what did your bodybugg say your burn on an average day, I know you eat like 650g+ CHO daily and stay lean as phuck.. also what is your BF and goals in BB?

Everybody is different. When I hit 8% and below my strength, libido, and energy levels plummet. Now that I'm around 15% I feel so much better, although I do bare a striking resemblance to a Gummi Bear.
Us bodybuilders :o
LOL, Erick, bodybuilders are so hard on themselves, many regular joes would die to be 15% bf:)
Haha yeah it's pretty awkward. People always want a six pack and stuff but when it comes to body composition, that is the least of my worries haha.
brb I have abs but still feel fat as f*ck
As mentioned, us bodybuilders ;)
LOL. Whatever. ITT : almost everyone criticizes themselves. Every pic was good and yet the poster insults themselves. LOL. Everyone has a physique that far surpasses the average Joe but they hate on themselves. :D
Me reading through the log :
http://img848.imageshack.us/img848/9085/nnslzt.png (http://img848.imageshack.us/i/nnslzt.png)
I guess that's the thing that got us to where we are. The need and want for more. That along with not racking discipline = great physique!
That's a good thing. While they might not look bad like their self-haterization would make you think, the fact that they are not satisfied and are seeking improvements only means good things to come. I suspect a lot of that from the regulars here...hence why they are here. The dedicated few.
It is a good thing, and the posters posting their pictures are simply wanting more. However, there are cases were people truly suffer from body dysmorphia and go to the extremes to reach a particular body image, and even then they are not satisfied. But as stated, this type of non satisfaction is good, but hopefully it does not come down to an unhealthy extreme.
Ya, being a critic or hard on yourself is good motivation. It's just kinda funny at the same time. :)
Sure is!

It's friggin awesome man, it really makes you open your eyes and realize that you don't burn as much as you think you do some some activities, and you burn a lot more for others you underestimate. Yesterday in class we had a supply so I decided to fidget my foot (toes on the group, heel just bouncing) and my kcal burn while sitting was 2.1-2.3! Normal it's around 1.5. It's pretty sensitive.

Yeah man, when you enter the bar, the smell is overwhelming, in a good way. I don't smoke regular tobacco. Never have and don't plan on, but hookah is a nice treat. I don't think the bar I go to has grape either. I want to try mango, I've heard good things about that flavor.

I have an occasional cigar with my dad and bros or while playing golf (feel like an old man). I users to smoke hookah weekly, sometimes 2-3 times a week lol. Mango is probably my favorite fruit flavor! definitely try that one!

Do you feel like it's very important to keep the weight under control at all times and all that? I think it has helped me lately to be more concerned with this stuff... also indirectly because it makes your sets take longer than when you power through reps.
I've seen so many knowledgable give completely different versions of how reps should be performed for mass... Pretty much came to the conclusion that I should generally be quite strict and keep TUT high :-)

Yeah dude my on and offdays differ by 400-500 calories. That's why I was spilling over before on 475, because I was ramping 475g CHO on sedentary days LOL. I got the SP one. Hooks up to your smartphone :p It was like $25 extra so I said why not lol

Well as DG mentioned, the form [i]is[/b] good, but I am anal about TUT and stability and no bouncing etc. My calve extercises have a long TUT due to a lot of pausing to avoid any bouncing and activation of the achilles tendon as opposed to my gastrocnemius and partial involvement of the soleus.

Well it really depends. For my hypertrophy/higher rep days, I like to keep textbook form and utilize TUT. On my power days I will sometimes go sloppy to overload and haul as much weight as possible. However that doesn't mean you will see my deadlifting with a round back and squatting quarter reps or bouncing on BB press lol.
Great log brah, been lurkin from the start. Can you tell me what program you started on if any and if you didnt what was your training regime like?

Thanks dude! I started off doing 1 muscle group a day, then unknowingly moved onto a split VERY similar to Lyles generic bulking routine. I then went back to the one group a day for about 4 months and after that I've been doing a mix of PHAT and WSB. I think I will be having a deload this week.. not too sure. So either another run to try and break PR's, or deload, or just move straight into new ME exercises. I'll be running WSB for another cycle and then going onto either Lyles routine or sheiko if my cals get over ~3,650.
Alright, alright, alright. Subbed :D.
I've seen high-dose R-ALA given to type-2 diabetics in a clinical setting. That's compelling enough for me. :p

Ouch, what exactly was the issue? Rounded back? Too much weight?
I was stupid, I was swimming literally all day and then I decided to go train - it was last summer. My lower back just snapped. After that I have to be very careful. If I am not careful, my back hurts for a few days after a session.
My own fault - sheer stupidity.

:(
The only time I had an issue was around this time of last year. I was going for 4 plates and either a 25 or 35 for 2 reps. Got the first one, second one about 3/4 up and then I had to abort. It felt extremely tight and putting on my socks was the worst thing on earth, it was EXTREMELY painful. Other than that no issue whatsoever. I still put thought and precaution into my ME exercises however.

Basically GDAs that maximize nutrient delivery to muscle (accelerate glycogen resynthesis). You dont need it Julia, they're more tailored for people who don't understand/track their nutrition, and have inconsistent dieting leading to inconsistent progress.

Hopefully that signal works :cool:As yet, R-ALA has not been tested in non-diabetics, let alone non-diabetics on a structured training program. While orally administered R-ALA has been seen to improve glucose tolerance & insulin sensitivity in sedentary type-2 diabetics, assuming that it would benefit the training goals of non-diabetics on a bodybuilding-type training protocol is highly speculative at best. It can even be postulated that R-ALA supplementation would inhibit training adaptations through its antioxidant effects, which can suppress exercise-induced skeletal muscle mitochondrial biogenesis. So, what you have is both positive as well as adverse potential, and no direct evidence in the population that actually matters to us. I personally wouldn't spend a penny on the stuff until more relevant research indicates it's worth it. Thus far, it's one big leap of faith. But hey, whatever tickles the buying public's placebone.

I do modelling on the side haha, I think I've only mentioned photoshoots 2 or 3 times however so not much - I hope.
Besides BB and school, most of the free time I have is on the weekends. So during the week I'm at school, studying, posting here in between, training, T.O. for the shoots on Wed (offday) and going out for an hour or so with friends.. really in a time squeeze. On weekends and Fridays that's where I can finally give myself a break and chill out and go out and enjoy myself.
Thing is my parents are gone so I have school, lifting, shopping, house work, other crap to do for my parents since they're not here, study and soon to have job. So a lot of my time goes towards that crap during the week. It may seem like I post often here but I'm an all over the place sort of person who is doing his homework while multitasking and posting on the boards in between haha.

1.) What's your opinion on creatine? I was using it basically since forever but then it hit me one day that it maybe isn't even helping me. I stopped about 5-6 weeks ago and I don't think I lost any water weight nor strength so it's obviously pointless for me to take it. I also know that this might not be the case for everyone as their seem to be "responders" and "non-responders".
2.) Well DOMS isn't an indicator of progress/growth anyway, so **** that! :) It does feel good tho.

Haha sorry mate!
What's the difference in effectiveness between the two? I havn't done a whole lot of research on it, it was just kind of one of those things I'd heard about and could pick up hell cheap so I did haha.
i take ala i beleive it works ... also kyle do you ever get heart burn or reflux from it ? i get it a faire bit about 5-10 mins after i have a pill
Depends how long I wait before eating bro. If I take a pill and don't end up having a meal for about half an hour later, I get a crazy heart burn feeling but usually I'll eat within 10-15 minutes and it's fine.

Dear heavenly blessed OP (no homo),
Your almond breeze, is it regular unsweetened? If so, have you tried vanilla unsweetened? I have had regular before and it was fine. I just looked it up online and every 8 oz has a mere 40 cals!! Wow, skim milk has 90 cals. Big difference and seeing as I don't get my protein from 1 cup of milk, it is just more cals I can eat.
PS good luck with all your fitness goals in 2005 (no homo).

1) CM is good stuff, solid research backing it up. One of the useful supplements
2) Yes I am aware that DOMS isn't an indicator, but I was just stating anecdotal evidence to my response from training. Never associated it with recovery either way lol

Extras
Good workout, I felt in going tired as hell from the other night, but managed to do well on the BB OH press and break a current BW PR. Last year around this time I was doing 185x6, so my goal is to get there soon. My arm workout suffered due to the rush that I was in so that was a bummer.
So I'm planning a deload for this week, so no macro bump, unless I change something last minute and decide to run another week of these ME movements and see if I can pull something, but I doubt that'll be the case. So 55% deload this week (yes boring :/), and I'll be using Decline BB press and either box squats or regular squats for my main movements. It sucks but it has to be done!

I recently got MIO to add to my water. I have a friend that has a "food coach" that is organic, low GI, he can feel his insulin levels , anti-protein over 80 grams (regardless of body weight), and anti-artificial sweeteners. Drives me crazy. The guy is like 5'1" and 100lbs.

Anyways, my point, this guy was saying (along with everything else) that Acesulfame K or Acesulfame potassium is bad. He says, "just google it", as if that were good proof.
I tried to explain to my friend that google was not a good source for science. Do you know of any studies regarding this stuff?

Hey man, been lurking the BB.com forums for a couple of years on & off but more recently (pretty much since the beginning of this year) been reading threads in the Nutrition section daily. Gotta say that I've learned so much from the likes of yourself, Alan, Julia, Manu etc (there are a lot more than this) and wanted to say a big thanks - you've certainly opened my eyes to what nutrition is really about and enlightened me on the world of "broscience" disproving a lot of what i've previously practised and to some extent preached.
Feels a bit weird to be honest having read your (and others listed above) posts daily seemingly getting to know you all but never having said anything myself. Having said that i am thinking of starting a log myself soon - in the middle of a cut right now. hoping to hit 12% or so in the next month and then lean bulk.
Sorry for the long rant, i do actually have a question...
You've mentioned your Bodybugg a few times and seem to be really happy. I'm considering buying either a bodybugg or Bodymedia fit but a few hundred dolls plus subscription cost has me wondering... Having used yours for a little while now, do you see it as something that you'll continue to use long term or can you see it hitting your bottom drawer in a few months and not being seen again??
Thanks again mate for helping me break the shackles of "broscience" and getting me on a more healthy (mentally) path to my goals. That applies to Julia, Alan, Manu etc. if any of them ever read this post. Thanks guys. You're awesome.

So my current weight under my profile hasn't been updated in a long time. So at my show I was 170lbs. Great, I had striated glutes, chest striations, tri striations, etc. I was stoked. So when reverse dieting, I bumped my CHO to 120g, and from the 120g to 200g CHO range my weight DROPPED. I went ALL the way down to 159lbs... (SRS). The thing is, my strength was there, size was there (althought not fullness from showday due to not being fully CHO'd up) and my libido was still in the lowerish end. This was the most ****ed up woosh I have EVER experienced and completely blew me away. So right now... I am sitting at a whopping 166.4lbs this morning with no bowel movement, so 5-6lbs up from the huge woosh. My weight has been going up super slow since that period, but the strength gains and size gains have been going up well. It almost seems like BF was dropping while strength was going up. Basically my met. rate was catching up at a higher rate than my calorie intake.
So I might as well start posting in morning weigh ins and indicating BM movement.
This was a weird thing for me when it happened LOL

About the Bodybugg, I don't think I would stop using it for a long time and just forget about it. However there will be times where I simply know that I won't need it because I will have a good idea of how many calories will be burned that day if the activities are similar. What do you mean by reload? My normal lifting intensity? If so, next week :(. This week I'll be at 55% of my 1RM.
Lol, meant deload. Stupid Droid auto-correct. It was probably a stupid question but I was just curious how much of a difference the bb would show between deload and normal intensity.

Well, that's good to hear. My calves are retarded & I am pissed at them for being bigger than my arms despite the fact that I train them with far less focus & much more fukkit. So if you have a retarted muscle group, you are being complimentary?
If thats the case, I think your arms are pretty retarted there...;)
And yes, the variety of plays on Cum's name has become the spice of life!

Do you switch your ME primary movements every mesocycle? Becuase my understanding of reading WSBB is that you are supposed to switch every 2 weeks to keep your CNS in check

Hey, i've been lurking in your thread for a while now, and i've learned a lot from your log and various other pots. You seem to be really knowledgeable, so I have a question. I've been lifting since I was 15 and got up to 175lbs when i was 17. Then, through a combo of running too much and not eating enough I lost A LOT of muscle and strength. Any way since I have been training for a few years now and never stopped lifting, what kind of program do you think would be best to start gaining back my muscle and strength. Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post.

Dude, stoked to hear you got your head out of all the bro crap and started understanding the bread and butter of training and nutrition! Glad our posts have helped, I do admit some of us (me :D) can come off as as$holes, but that's because of the sheer stupidity and repetitiveness of the same crap. Thanks for stopping by man and enjoy the log :)
About the Bodybugg, I don't think I would stop using it for a long time and just forget about it. However there will be times where I simply know that I won't need it because I will have a good idea of how many calories will be burned that day if the activities are similar. However for now it's an interesting tool and I'm curious as to what it'll show me when my weight gets even higher.
Thanks for that mate, just ordered one off ebay this morning. No idea how long it's going to take to get here though - shipping from US to Australia.
I can understand why some ppl would consider some of your posts as harsh but i can also understand the frustration of having to repeat the same thing over and over. I think i can relate to your attitude too; i know i can quite often come across as arrogant myself. The good thing is that those posts that some ppl take offence to provides lulz for the rest of us. Loved the in depth conversation on the IIFYM thread with 2020wellness haha.
Keep up the great work dude, you're log continues to be great inspiration.

I fully believe in the need for a deload, both from a physiological and psychological point of view.
I chill with an ME movement for about 3-4 weeks or shorter if I stall.

Damn man, sh!tty situation, sorry to hear. I would recomend either West Side for Skinny Bastards (WS4SB), Starting Strength, or Lyle's Generic Bulking Routine. All are solid options, and I was even thinking of using Lyle's routine for awhile soon just to try something new.

And yeah, the 2020wellness debate was quite funny. He commented on one of my videos saying my shirt is for girls or something about his sister asking for it.. idk but quite funny lol.

Yea they seem to take it personally like ppl are telling them they're completely wrong, when in reality they're probably fitting their macros anyway and just overdoing the 'bro-ness' by only eating plain oats, brown rice, chicken breast and vegies 9 times a day haha. Deload this week. It sucsk but I gotta do it. So as I was about to start my 4th set on decline, a bro and his group of bro's ask if they can work in - I said sure but I'm on my last set anyways. As I'm about to start my last set he comes up with 2 25lb plates and asks with a smirk on his face "you need a spot there, bud?". I look at him for a good 2 seconds without saying anything and I tell him "it's quite funny that a guy who just finished doing 21's with terrible form with his group of friends who also have no knowledge in training comes up, to try and look tough, and ask if I need a spot. I suggest taking a good hard look at yourself and realize that your constant high volume, improper training is doing sh!t all for your physique... and your friends, it's quite sad that they're so fukcing stupid that they take your advice"
Seriously, if I had my usual aggression that I have when performing 90% lifts, I would have mad a pretty big fukcing deal. How can a dude just go up to someone in the gym, try and look tough, and just say that? Hopefully one day he goes up to some 225lb'er while warming up with a plate and says the same thing. Since I'm good with the manager I'll just aware him for the luls - tattle tale I am ;)
Other than that.. slow workout, nothing crazy, all 55%. My macro bump next week should set me at 240/475/80 - 3580 calories, you know bro. I honestly have little room left for direct protein sources with my carbs so high.. LOL.

Meaning to cook up a bag of popcorn soon, when I'm hungry eh?! Shiit probably fills up at 260 cals for the whole bag! (Smart Pop! 'Buttery')
Was gonna ask, what do you put on top of the popcorn or any suggestions of how to go down with it? Buttery flavor would be alright but probably pretty boring...

Nah man, just an average looking Joe that gives brotips to his group of friends while doing some awesome island double arm cable curls.
Surprising. I have never met a fat tall guy that didn't think they were tough. Never.

Yo Paul. This is a badass log. Could you elaborate a little more on your training? I know it's a power/hypertrophy split with some westside principles. I guess I could go back through every page and find all your training posts, but I'm being pretty lazy at the moment.

Question:
If I pay you with cheap hookers and pay for your gym membership, will you consider moving to America and being my personal chef?

your pancakes look as good as the ones my gf and I ordered from a Dutch restaurant today @ breakfast, kinda serious!
bout 10 mins about when I was spooning out my peanut butter from the jar, i thought of you, (100% no homo!) How do you usually measure the amount of peanut butter you use, on bagels and such??
lol I know my one "spoon" contains much more than a real tablespoon! Just want to know how someone who's as meticulous with macros as you would measure the small things like peanut butter, ketchup.. etc.
thanks brah
I think i'll be ordering a bodybug too by the end of this month!!

Sure is, it's skinnycow, don't you read my fitday? :(

Popcorn = best filler food. I use some dollar store brand flavoring, it's dill pickle. Has like 5 calories for 5g of it? Don't bother counting it. The kernels brand seasonings are strong n the macros however :/
Surprising. I have never met a fat tall guy that didn't think they were tough. Never.
There's quite a few in our school, it's luls
You havent met me!
You wanna be tough now, huh?
Nice volume there Paul. How long do your workouts usually take?
Thanks brah! ME days around 1 hour and hypertrophy days around 1 hour and 25 minutes
ahhh the food pr0n is strong in this thread. must acquire skillz.
Lotta food comments, thanks guys! I always thought they were boring compared to others haha

Thanks for the compliment!
I did mention my training earlier in my log, and being lazy is not a good way to learn :)

1 good hooker > couple mediocre hookers

Thanks dude, I will be making a Lucky Charms bowl soon because of you ;)

I do post a fitday brah - seems like no one reds it :( You can see that I measure PB. Also, PB isn't exactly "small" a tablespoon is 80-90 calories, and most people can't measure a tbsp so they usually do 1.5 tbsps which could be around 150 calories.
Weird serious question incomming: How much can you pinch on your stomach?

Not much, it's always weird and tight lo, but at night it gets a bit lose.

Welcome! Never would I let such a bro spot me. When I need a spot I always clarify on ME lifts that I will only need a spot for the last rep if needed, and I ask them to not touch the bar... however people are just slow and completely do the opposite.
That's just unsafe. =(
Edit: DAYUMMMM I got 50 lbs on you bro. ^^^^^
170lbs, my short term goal!
Was in T.O. last night, got a sneak peak at some "dud" photos that were taken during camera angle and light testing, note the socks and underwear LOL
