So this is my current diet, and I realize it could stand to add a good amount of nutrients added. I am just unsure on when I should eat more, so any suggestions will help. I am currently pretty damn skinny, and have been lifting for over a year now. My biggest challenge is the fact I live in a fraternity so i have no say over the meals that are cooked for lunch, and dinner, or the times that they are served.

Breakfast (6-8 am):
Bowl of Wheaties Fuel or Oatmeal (whatever I have)
1 Scoop of Syntha-6 w/water

Lunch (3 hours later, 11am):
Whatever the cook makes, but I try and get as much protein as I can, and carbs that have not been deep fried...but still getting a little bit of fat before my workout

Workout (2 hours later, 1 pm):
Pre-workout: Superpump 250
During-workout: SizeON

Post Workout (2-2:30pm, depending on how long it takes, I try and keep all my lifting under an hour):
BSN True Mass

Then after letting the True Mass sit for about 30 mins, I walk for 30 minutes to help it digest due to the fact dinner is served very soon after

Dinner (5 pm):
Again, whatever the cook makes, but I try to avoid fatty foods more during dinner, and eat more a very high amount of carbs

Before Bed Snack (8 pm):
Leftover meat, with veggies (if we have any leftover, which is unusual)
1 Scoop of Syntha-6, if i have no leftovers

Then I go to bed hopefully around 9pm to get enough sleep and do it all over again.

The walking may seem odd, but it helps me be able to eat a much larger portion during dinner, and I can not imagine walking at a slow pace burns that many calories. But this post is for any comment and suggestions so let me know what you think, any suggestions, and what you would change with my current plan

1) You should read this:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981

2) A list of foods doesn't allow anyone to make detailed and/or accurate assessments about your diet unless there are glaring holes that are apparent without you providing macronutrient info.

You should strive for two things:

1) Figure out an estimated maintenance calorie level (the calorie intake at which you don't gain or lose weight).
2) Eat about 15-20% above your maintenance calories, and within that calorie intake, make sure you are hitting your minimums for fat and protein, as outlined in the link I provided.

Lastly, at 6'1 154, don't overly concern yourself with fat gains. Don't get me wrong, I don't think anyone WANTS to get fat, but some people have a little more wiggle room than others.
