Hey guys. First post. I'll be joining to NFSC cutting contest to get sexy as phuck. I weighed myseld yesterday morning and came in at 193lbs. My calories will be 2,700 - 200/300/80 P/C/F, and I will be reducing when necessary.
My training will be alternating meso-cycles of PHAT and WSB, roughly 6 weeks or until I start stalling with my ME lifts.
My goal for this is to get down to 5-6% BF and be, as mentioned - sexy as phuck. I'll hold off with the cardio until the weight stops moving, then add it in slowly, or adjust my macros, or a small mixture of both, basically half and half.
