Today i allowed myself to have a cheat meal after my successful week, were i lost 3 pounds. I had an Angus burger at McDonald's, but after i checked what was in it, i realized that i might of done a big mistake. It had around 800 calories, 72% of my daily intake of fat and 93% of my daily intake of tans-fats and saturated fats :( . (I haven't gone over my calorie intake limit yet) What do i do? Should i ever have something like this or avoid it all together?

P.S.: How do you get rid of trans/saturated fats from your body?

Thanks

What is your daily intake for calories and macronutrients?

In moderation it's probably fine, moderation being the key word.

It's 800 calories not 8,000. It's one meal.... calm the F down sir. Either eat light the rest of the day and hit the rest of your macros or go over a little and get back on it tomorrow. It is really NOT that big of a deal!

Enjoy your sandwich!!

I sense ED.

He's only 15.

Don't worry about it too much remember that it's just a drop of water in the long run. As long as you stay within your calorie range for the day, it'll be fine. Realize your mistake, don't fret about it and continue on.

^ Agree with all of the above. Just to clarify, the only reason I asked about your intake OP, is because you claimed it was the majority of your fat intake, so I was curious if you were cutting fat intake too low =)

Ultimately, shake it off and move on. Don't stress about it.

It. Does. Not. Matter. In. The. Slightest.

Srs. Dead srs. It will not make any difference whatsoever.

Whatsmore, you are 15. You should not be worrying about eating a Mcdonalds burger.

have fun, lighten up, and eat cr@p more often. you need it, psychologically, or you could end up with bigger problems than you can imagine.
