A little about myself:
Ever since I hit puberty, I’ve always been known as the chubby fat kid. During High School, I was involved in highly physical activities such as American Football—but I was still pretty big, my weight peaked at around 280 lbs. When I moved away for college, I lost a considerable amount of weight (probably due to the fact that I was not fed rice Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner :P [I come from an Asian family]). Anyway, I’m still a student in college and I’m hoping to finally see my abdominals that have been hibernating since puberty. For personal preference, "abs" are just something I wish to acquire.. I'm sure later down the road, the desire to have my abdominals protruding from my stomach will diminish, but for now-- that's the goal.
Nutrition:
For the past 2 weeks, I have been on a 2500 calorie diet.
I generally try to hit these macro’s as close as possible:
-1g Protein/ lb (210g)
-.6g Fat/lb of LBM (~100-110g)
- ~140-150g of CHO to fill out the rest of my daily calories
Exercise/ Workout Routine:
I usually work out 3 times a week and adding a 4th day to work on legs and abs/core if I’m not doing too much on the weekends.
-Chest/Arms/Squat
-Shoulders/Deadlifts/Power Cleans
-Back/Arms/Front Squats/
Cardio:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Supplements:
None except 100% Whey from Coscto… Haven’t really looked at other supplements, maybe I’ll pick up a multi-vit a few weeks from now though.
Starting Stats:
Weight: 211.4 lbs (weighed myself 30 min. ago @ the gym)
Age: 20
Height: 6’0
Bodyfat: (?); I’m guessing around 20-22%
--Would be nice if someone could give me a good estimate.
Goals:
-Below 200 lbs.
-Around or Below 15% BF

I know what you mean about 'wanting abs', coming from someone who was also always the fat kid growing up. Keep working on it mate and you'll reach your goals no doubt.
Looks like you have your head on the money with the nutrition aspect and foods look good.

Pro:198g --> 792
Total Calories: 2533
-Had a bit too much fat/carbs today, wish I ate more foods that had better ratios, lol.

-365 x 5 for Squat
-70 x 10 Bench (3 sets); my chest is lacking-- but working on it!

-If no weight change by next week, will have to change diet....

Just 1 week, man, remember you have 18 to make a change, it will definitely happen if you stick with a good plan.

I was actually on a 2500 calorie diet about a week and half before I made this thread. I definitely made weight loss the first week and a half.
The weight stagnation might have been a result of water weight and increased food intake since I did hit the gym later in the day.
I'll wait till next week to see if I need to switch a few things up, thanks for the encouragement though!
and thanks man, that's quite a compliment!
But no-- haven't considered that as an option.
I just like to eat, (and I'm cheap/college student) so I have to make everything myself haha.

Weight: 206.0
-2.7 lbs
Meal for the week: Tacos are relatively convenient and easy to make.
Shred some chicken, add lettuce and cheese and you're good to go.

Been experimenting with flavors, this^ one's a spicy pineapple taco-- pretty good I must say.
I'm gonna try making some fruit salsa that'll go well with pineapple chicken... will post results/recipes later.

Yeah! I was actually hesitant to try it at first but it came out pretty well.
