Background: Started gym 2 years ago and went on and off, originally went to lose weight was 240lbs (always been a fat and chubby kid)and went down to 175lbs running on the treadmill about 600-1000cals a day for 3months. Stopped gyming for 6months then came back to the gym again at 190lbs.Never knew about weights and some friends got me into it, figured might aswell give it a try to past some time as a teenager. Did not take weights seriously at all and went there to socialise lol. However, the pass 5months I have been going at it at a more srs pace and have seen some results already.
Plan: (:(really **** at plans , nothing ever goes right lulz) Time to get off my lazy ass and do some cardio for once will be incorporating cardio 4 times a week for 30mins after next week cos this weeks my bday might get loose for a bit lulz. Will be in it for cutting fat and gaining muscle at the same time. Currently weighing in at 85.8kg, approx. 189lbs in the morning with all crap flushed out of my system and measured bodyfat% yesterday coming in at 17.9%. My BMR is suppose to be around 2800~cals a day so to cut would probably be 2300~cals, however, im not a count calorie guy and i would estimate i normally eat around at least 2500 a day if not more. In it for 'IIFYM'.

Supplements: ON 100% GOLD standard whey 1.5scoops - 2 a day, 2 fish oil caps a dat and orange triad when it comes from bb.com - has taken over a week already...
