Wider Shoulder Illusion?

I have pretty broad shoulders. But I really wanna get my shoulders to look like GSP...
Does his shoulders look wider because he has a less muscle in the chest area? Sorry I'm a noob..lol

I think it is his lats that make them look wider. I dont really know how to explain but it is because his lats.

What does this have to do with being an MMA fighter? Appearance has nothing to do with fighting ability unless you want to be a bully and intimidate people into backing down from you so you don't have to fight.
