Just like the title states, this is an Animal Rage sponsored log. I just received it about 5 minutes ago. I got the powdered orange version. I'll go into detail on the taste, mixability, water dosage surrounding the serving, impact, etc. I also out of my own pocket got Atomic 7 as my BCAA choice. I'll toss out a review of that, but keep this log to strictly Animal Rage.

Took 1 scoop about 30 minutes pre-workout. I had my pre-workout meal about an hour before that. Used 12oz of water.

Mixability was fine, taste was rather strong, but it's all good. I didn't really notice any effect today from it, hopefully it'll be better on Friday. I may have to attribute that with a very low water intake throughout the day, a bad night of sleep, and just a ton of school stress. It'll clear up after Thursday though. Next workout is friday.

I tried Atomic 7. I'll use it two-three more times, then post up a review.

x2. Also, stir the blend, do not shake it. Taste is better...

Stirred it today, big difference in mixability, and even taste. It was pleasing today, I added Powerade Zero orange. Just a tint of it, perhaps 2 ounces with a about 10oz of water, 1 scoop Rage and about 80oz of water surrounding the dosage on an empty stomach.

I was sweating my balls off, no PRs, but the intensity was there. More of a sense of alertness. No killer pumps, just constant sweating. Made cardio far, far easier which is a plus. I'm wanting some pumps, they'll come soon.

Workout was very good today. I drank more water prior to dosing the Rage, and after, and the pumps were intense. Looking forward to tommorow, will drink even more water.

Hit two prs, I felt a sense of rush which was great. I found a great dosage of water(14oz) per scoop and just stirring it as opposed to shaking it like mentioned before and it tastes pretty good then. I have the orange flavor.

I also realized I need about 18oz of water per scoop of Atomic 7 and tons of shaking, then let it settle. I shake it, let it settle and consume about 5 minutes later. It cannot just be taken at the time, it needs to sit.

Tommorow, I'm hoping for an insane pump since I'm hitting delts & triceps. I got a great pump in my lats today, and these three body parts pump up the most of all my muscles. I was surprised with endurance today, too.

What kind of exercises are you doing? Congrats on the 2 PRs today...what were they?

Triceps:
JM Presses with DBs and pronated position
Dips

Biceps:
barbell curls
dumbell curls

legs:
squats
deadlifts

back:
cg chinups
one arm db rows

chest:
chest dips
gironda presses

shoulders:
db side raises

I hit a PR on cg chinups(strapped 25lbs and got out 15, 14, 13 reps then went to 20lbs and got out 14 reps on the 4th set). And neck presses, got 135lbs for 15 reps. Done heavier than 135lbs, but barely, and never for 15 reps. I wonder how many I'll get out for 10 reps on Wednesday. Hopefully, 145-150lbs.

Today's workout was good too, got out 25lb DBs for 25 reps well. Tricep dips were difficult, they've regressed since I've started doing this routine, kind of weird. Squats were at 175lbs for 15 reps. Done more than 175lbs before, just never for 15 reps. It kills, after the 3rd set, I had to drop it to 165lbs and I was burnt out.

My bad on not updating. Two mid-terms and one mid-term project do that to you...anyways.

Good workouts, not great, as of late. I increased the weights significantly today, not noticing a "pump" as drastic as FlashOver or Hemavol. Wonder what I can do about that.

I am noticing an increased energy, which is great for cardio. I'm hoping I get more of a pump out of this. That fuels me. I know it's vain, but just looking at your veins(no pun intended) while working out alone gives me a huge mental rush. Hoping for that, cause I'm not seeing it....

Next workout is Sunday. Hopefully, it'll be good to go.

Rage is made for PRs. Good to see you making progress.

Try mixing Rage in less water (3-4 oz) and bang it back like a shot. For me it makes taste less of an issue and adds to the "experience" of using the product.

Peace, G

Tried that out, G. I really didn't mind it the old way though. It's a tart orange drink that I actually enjoy.

In terms of PRs, none today, but some yesterday. I'm getting a lot of nose bleeds of late, any correlation?

Hit a PR on 1-arm DB Rows. Got 90lbs for 10 reps, felt good man. Outside of that, I definitely felt "rage" this time around. Finally, I've been waiting for it. Cardio was a breeze, too, and I had a tremendous workout. Cannot wait till Friday...

Another couple of good workouts again. I'm noticing an increase in stamina and I hit 35lb DB Curls for 15 reps, which is a huge PR.

Progressively, I've gone up 10lbs on that lift which is always the hardest for me since of how long my arms are.

I feel terrible for not updating. I've been swarmed with finals and got another huge road trip in the next day or two.

Anyways, here's some of my thoughts:

1) I don't mind the taste. You should definitely stir in about 15oz per scoop.
2) It takes some time to kick in(by the 4th-5th workout)
3) Needs to be taken on an empty stomach
4) Didn't seem to help my cardio except for one workout(normally pre-wo's give me that extra boost on cardio)
5) I've made plenty of PRs hitting Shrugs at 115 per hand, db curls 35 per hand for 15 reps, db side raises at 30lbs for 15 reps.

It's a solid product. I'll update more when I get back from the road trip.

Not much more to report on. Definite signs of strength gain per workout, nothing crazy pump wise, but energy is there. It's helping in cardio which is a big plus.

Preworkouts are blunted when taken on a full stomach.
