Joining the NFSC for Muscle Gain

Will put pics up later today

Starting weight: 153lbs (****, i lost weight)
Goal: to get about 10lbs more.
Height: 6'1"

Meal 1
6 scrambled egg whites from one of those carton.
2 cup of oat blended with water
1 a day men multivitamin

Meal 2
2 cup of oat blended with water

Meal 3
4oz lean meat
2 cup of oat blended with water

4oz lean meat

Meal 5(pre workout)
1 cup of oat blended with water

Meal 6(post workout)
27g 100% whey

I'll be changing up my diet for a bit, will try to bulk for a couple of weeks, and cut to around 9%, then clean bulk until the end.
So far so good, Whole body is sore as fuarkkkkk

Future meal plan.
Meal 1
2 slices of bread
8 egg whites
1 a day multivitamin

Meal 2
2 cup of oats
4 oz of ground beef

Meal 3
2 slices of bread with 4 tbsp of Peanut butter and 2 Banana (dis will b epic)

Meal 4 (pre workout)(rest days)
2 slices of bread with 4oz of ground beef

Meal 5 (post workout)( -whey if rest day)
2 cup of oats
1 scoop whey protein

Meal 6
1 cup Cottage cheese for dat der casein protein.

8 egg whites
6 slices of wheat bread
2 bananas
8oz ground beef
4 cup oats
1 cup cottage cheese

3150 calories 373g carbs 103g fats 193g proteins (rest days)

Fuuuuuuuuu!!! All my lifts went up, but i lost 2lbs... Either that or my starting weight was wrong... I've been like 500+ cal over maint. everyday since i started. what'd i do wrong =/
