since last year i've been preparing for the beach this summer, before christmas i was about 18% BF, now im around 10% or sub 10%..

2 months before vacation i ended my cut, so its time for some muscle building phase

i've been ramping up my intake for two weeks now..
feel like sh!t tonight haha, must be all the food im taking in ( compared to cutting intake"

Im going to do a little experiment here, my intake for all of April is going to be about 3000 calories, ( 100g F/ 250P / 280C)
then ill try to cut a little at May, ~2000cal( 80F/250P/70C) I have 2 weeks of summer vacations planned on the first weeks of june, there will be plenty of food there so..all of this combined with intense weight trainning and weekly adjustments ( if any) should keep me just above +1lb week

might be a crazy plan, but i just feel its what i can do at the moment..

Today was Upper body. Also Its 11am and i already took in 1500cal! damn PB sandwiches :D

Drove my brother to school,
trained arms 7am,
ate overnight oats with banana,
got to work on time.

First week of bulk i gained 1lb, this week i lost it
oooh my gainz, where are they?

.. this only means, eat more, train harder. 3k/day are just not doing it..

I had 2 pounds of fish for lunch today
