Okay guys so I'm in a bit of a pinch and I need some help. For the past year and a half I've been super healthy in regards to my diet and fitness. In my first year and half of lifting Ive managed to gain 35 pounds of muscle and stay pretty damn cut. However, three months ago I decided to try a carb cycle. I was doing really well and eating super clean for about 8 weeks- even got down to below 5% body fat! Then it happened, and I've been fighting it ever since- I started binging, once maybe twice a week.

Because of this, I decided to stop carb cycling and going back to eating well balanced meals. Well frankly, it didn't really help. I eat really clean whenever I'm around people and throughout the majority of the day, but as soon as I'm alone or am confronted by those tempting carbs, I let loose. It's like I'm addicted to the food and I can't stop myself. Everytime I binge, I eat healthy for the next few days then binge again because I'm craving pizza or chocolate. In the past I never had a problem with this,I didn't even have the drive to eat these unhealthy foods. But now I can't stop. I keep telling myself, "Well I'll just get back on track tomorrow..."

In short, the summer is coming up and instead of getting shredded, I'm eating like its mid-winter and trying to bulk. I thinkI need serious help but I don't know if I could stand going to a dietician or nutritionist. Everytime it happens, I spend the next day doing cardio in the AM, and lifting in the afternoon. I NEED TO BREAK THIS HABIT BEFORE SUMMER AND I MOVE BACK HOME WHERE I'M CONSTANTLY SURROUNDED BY JUNK!

Dec. 2010- 158lbs at around 5% bf
Now- 168lbs (all in the stomach, which now manages to dwarf my chest) bf=? but I can still kinda see my abs so its probably around 12%

Thanks for any help guys, I really just need to get this **** straight soon.

1st I hear that if you post in the right section you can stop all your crazy bad eating habits!!!!

2nd Fit that **** into your damn macro's and there wont be a need for you to big out. If your maintenance calories are 2500 a day and you eat it in Pro,Fat,Carb of Healthy food or Pro,Fat,Carb of sweets, pizza and w/e you might crave it wont make a difference. Cal in vs Cal Out.

Or if you are still not getting into your head then have a weekly cheat meal. Eat your X amount of meals for the day and then for your last meal go to a pizza place, ice cream shop or w/e it might be and sit down, have dinner, pay your check and move on with your life.

You are young, jacked and have many more good years to come with solid health. Just learn that nothing in moderation is going to kill you and get some discipline in your daily life.
