Does anybody have any opinons on he Flex Belt? It seems legit to me. What it is is a belt that you put around your waist. When you turn it on, the belt creates pulses, which cause your abs to contract. It has been FDA approved and clinically tested. It is creating the same contraction as when you do crunches, situps, etc., so it seems like it would help. Now obviously, the visible effectiveness depends on your bf%. Also, it would most likely just be a supplementary thing - you'd still do some ab work, but this would just help to strengthen and tone the abs quicker. Any opinions or reccomendations?

Once again...this is our soft society always looking for the easy way out. I hate to tell you
people but real results comes from straight up busting your butt everyday in the gym and eating the right foods. Yes, that's dedication and sacrifices.

Plus this gadget has been around for 20+years, nothing new. Only good for rehabbing muscles.

Next their going to come out with the mighty mattress, let's you sleep and get ripped at the same time.
