I have already been on a 1900-2000calories diet for 6weeks, 220g Protein, 150g Carbs, 65g Fat. I am aiming to be cut in about 8weeks but im a little bit of that goal at the moment. Just wondering if any seasoned competitor can see how many more weeks they think i would need on a 1900-2000 calorie diet.
I do cardio 300-500calorie burn every two days and train 5days a week and i currently weigh 210lbs down from 222lbs (6weeks ago)

but ne ways, spounds like you started your calories too low in the beginning of your diet. This doesnt leave much calorie shaving for when u get lighter!

You probly could of started your diet off with an intake of 2500 calories, and slowly taper it down.

Ne ways, 1900-2000 is a big gap, try to narrow it down to 25cal gap, that way each week u can shave off 25 cals to your goal. (this week hit 2000, next hit 1975, following 1950..etc
(if this proccess is too slow, then take off 50cals from ur goal each weak, and insert a carb cycling day where u eat at maintenance cals but like 70% starchy carbs, 30% protein and <75g fat)

Up cardio to everyday 5 days a week ( this is important since you dont want to cut too many calories, yet need to burn extra)
