will start with the other day:

In the morning i had
2scoops of ON whey
1tb of PB(guestimate)
Some oats i sprinkled on top(most just stayed on the bottom though.

estimate to be about: 240+100+50= ~400cal.

for lunch: i had leftovers someoen gave me, idk how to tell exactly how many calories this was.
2chicken breasts
2sides of brocolli
some seasoned rice

est.: 250+75+150= ~475cal.

snack:
1 apple
1bananna

est: 175cal.

Dinner:
5egg whites
2whole eggs
1slice of cheese

est: 100+160+80= ~350

then i goof'd and ate a lot of bad stuff:
2.5 pieces of mexsican sweetbread
1% milk

est: 800cal.

Total: 400+475+175+350+800= 2,200calories


yesterday:
2scoops ON whey:
est: 240cal

also have food packed:
1 apple
1 orange
1bananna
est: 75+60+100= ~250cal.

2 lean cuisine dinners:
est: 300+260= 560

1scoop ON whey:

est: 120cal.

Dinner will probably be same as yesterday:
5 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 slice of cheese

est: 100+160+80= ~350cal.

total cal: 240+250+560+120+350= 1520cal. with about about 140g of protein.

this is too low..now aiming for 2k cals...so i will add another 500.

also add an a whole egg instead of just the white for 60cal plaus another egg+ 4 pieces of toast with spread for ~400ish

total will be ~1900

today

i had a bowl od oats with water/splenda/cinimmon

1 scoop whey with water

after workout i ate a sammich with 80cal breadsx2 and 6 pieces of deli meat with mayo and mustard.

will cal totals later

for dinner: 1.5 cups of ground beef and 1.5 cups of pinto beans.

estimated to be about 1k calories... i wouldnt think it would be that much.

ON whey: 120
oats:150
half oatmeal bar: 75
bread (2): 160
mayo: 45
deli meat: 250
dinner: 1k
120+150+75+160+45+250+1000= ~1800cal. for the day may be slightly more.

also today i did deadlifts/pullups/curls. and did about 25minutes of LISS while i read a book on the elliptical.

today i had 2scoops of ON whey with half an oatmeal bar
240+70=310

i ate a sammich with 6or7pieces of deli meat.

80+80+45+150 round up to=~400+ chips=300

so far ~1k calories

for dinner i plan on chicken breast/brocolli/pasta sauce
calories to be counted later

for dinner i cooked up 4 chicken breasts..unkown calories..i est. them at 150 each..probably a little high. And 1 jar od pasta sauce which had 5servings @70cal each which is 350 and i added bell pepper and brocolli which is maybe 100calories and for desert i ate an ice cream sammich which was 140calories
total est: ~600+350+100+140= ~1150 BUT i didnt eat all the chicken there was maybe very close to half maybe 60% left which is about 600calories

600+2pieces of toast w/spread is about150+140=~ 900calories.
total for today: ~900+~1000= around 2k for the day.

today i ate the rest of last nights dinner plus toast and spread
which i would estimate about to be about600 on the liberal side

for dinner i ate a giant turkey and provalone from jersey mikes...i est to be 1300calories.

total calories is ~1900

today i ate 3 whole eggs and 4 egg whites

~320+100(cheese)+100(toast)

total: ~520

chopped steak: ~425
Brocolli:~100

total: ~ 525

so far: ~ 1050

for dinner i ate
1 hamburger and chips, oatmeal bar, and 1scoop ON whey
Est: 500+300+130+120=~1050

total for the say was ~2100

I made a protein shake with a lil PB:
240+60
total: ~300

for lunch im eating turkey/dressing/mashed potatos/green beans from a cafeteria place.
not sure how many calories... est: ~550

i also have a lean cuisine dinner for later: 220cal.

total: ~1070..round to 1100.

will eat some food later as well... will try to get in about 900calories.

and will also weigh myself, im not expecting drastic number changes but im hoping i see at least 1lb lost from what i typically see.


i weighed myself and i seem to have lsot weight..was down like 2lbs and this was shortly after eating a meal.

i est. to be about 1k calories..

total for the day: ~2100

yesterday i had 2 scoops whey/apple/ 2 egg tacos/ chinese food :(

was at work and brought no food...

today i est. 240+70+450+1500= 2260..round to 2.3k

too much!!

also did a shoulder workout and light cardio incline(15) treadmill @2.2 for about 15minutes and stationary bike for about 15minutes.
i will try and eat a slightyl under today.

what'cha reading when you do LISS?

I do the same thing, makes the time go quicker.

total breakfast: ~240+300=~250

also have take home meal.. 2 chicken breasts/2sides of brocolli/some rice and 2 onion rings
est: ~600

also have sammich stuff..bread
i est easch sammich to be 350iscalories(bread=160+mayo=50+meat=???i use about 6 slices of tueky/ham)

250+600+700=1550

also have apple and bananna=175=1725

and maybe another scoop of whey when i get home=120= ~1850 total.

what'cha reading when you do LISS?

I do the same thing, makes the time go quicker.

im reading a book for school called "all the devils are here" about the financial crisis in 07...pretty interesting read...but yea, it def makes the time go by a lot faster.

lol...did you have to write a paper about? Im reading it for my money and banking class(econ). I have to write a fairly short 5pg paper on it. I still have a few chapters to read though..FML.

i used it as a reference in a paper i wrote. so yeah, kinda. more or less, i had to just use principles and DONT DOs kinda thing. more than actually writing a book report type deal heh.

i did kinda bad today...had me an omlette..2eggs/2 egg whites. some mexican sweetbread/milk and pizza.

although i ate fairly bad i dont think i went over too much many caloires.

also did some running in the evening then went to the gym and did chest/tricep and more cardio

i feel a bit behind..

4/14

2scoops whey/apple: est about 300
grilled chicken wrap w/bell pepper/cucummbers: est. about500, just had the wrap 200+chicken/veggies and cesar salad.
lentel soup: 300
fast food :( chicken burger with onion rings about 1k total maybe 1.1k

total ~ 2-2.1k

the past couple days ive eaten pretty good, at or below 2k calories.

had 2scoops whey: 240cal
weighed myself, no change :( weighed in about 183.

just ate a lean cuisine: 240calories

will at another later: 240 calories

also have lentel soup: 300calories

and an orange: 60calories

total: ~1100. Will probably pick up some food on the way home. Will aim for about 800 calories

ended up eating cereal :( shoulda just made a nice protein shake.

Today i had 2scoops ON whey with water

and an order of chicken and brocolli with steamed rice and an order of steamed dumplings.

I know the dumplings arent too bad, maybe like 400calories..not sure on chicken and brocolli, i estimate about 1400 maybe. so total was ~21-2200calories :/

i wieghed myself and didnt lose anything, probably gained some weight..maybe liek a lb.

Today i plan on eating lower calories than usual.

so far ive had
2scoops whey/with water:240
i have 2 packs of lentel soup 300each-600total
and a lean cuisine dinner thats 300cal
total~1150

i plan to do shoulders and do cario as well after work...then have a post workout shake
with 2scoops whey:240
peanut buter:100
oats:75

total 425

total for the day 1575 plus i ate a few pieces of cookies..idk how many calories..id est about 150..so total: 1725for the day.
