Breakfast
1. Oatmeal
2. Egg Whites (Kirkland)

Snack #1
1. Banana
2. Almonds

Lunch
1. Ground Turkey Patty
2. Rice/Quinoa
3. Veggie: Snap Peas

Snack #2
1. Protein Shake
2. Carrots w/Peanut Butter

Dinner
1. Chicken Breast
2. Black Beans
3. Veggie: Broccoli

Snack #3
1. Egg Whites (Kirkland) or Protein Shake
2. Fruit: Apple


Always varies on workout, but each of these items is consumed every day.
You cannot beat this...i have been using this particular diet for about 3 weeks and already seeing huge results!!

not exactly sure, but the diet speaks for itself. it took a lot of thought to form.
