I topped out at 255 after my last failed motivational fat loss thread in the losing fat section and I was banned for 30 days, about 6 months ago. I have many failed logs here and I have been on the diet roller coaster for the last 3 years. Six weeks ago I weighed myself at 255 and enough was enough. I have pushed and pushed through this PSMF and don't intend to stop now.

Starting stats Feb 23:
Weight: 255
Waist: 41"

Current stats April 3:
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 215.3
Waist: 36.5"

Goal(s) By June or July 1st:
Weight: 180 (or 10% whatever comes first)
Waist: 32"

I have been following Lyle Macdonald's Rapid Fat Loss Handbook to the T and have had great success. I am nowhere close to stopping now and my weigh-in will be daily and measurements every week. I have been doing two full body workouts per week and will continue to do so. I try to do 45 minute brisk walks everyday when I am not too busy with school. Join me as I get to my goal of 10% bodyfat and get shredded for SUmmer 2011 :D

213.5 (-1.5) (-41.5 total)

Due for full body workout tonight.

Thanks man I'm doing the unconventional approach to dieting because I am just tired of all the extra weight. The good thing is that this diet has helped me to restructure my food eating habits and my cravings for fast food have been virtually non-existant.

The last four days were spent eating at about 3k cals, ala mini extended carb-up. I seriously needed that break to restore my sanity. Strangely enough I look leaner than I did before, my pants are more loose, and my jaw seems more defined. I will re-weigh-in tomorrow morning, in 3 hours (god damn test cramming) and we will see what the damage (or progress is) :D
