Man I am not even a sweets guy but at this stage in my prep lately I have been really looking for some kind of dessert I can fit in my macros.
Pb is the closest thing I have been eating but I know many of you are very creative so please post up some of your resopies.

banana pan cakes with real maple syrup or honey if u cant get ur hands on real syrup, heres how i do it,
1/2 large flake oats ground up, or not up to you.
1 banana small is better
3 egg whites
vanilla extract or almond extra which is amazing.
to make is easy mix everything together heat up a pan dont put oil and just drop it in its amazing and the total calories comes up to 321 cals and the same carbs as 1 cup of oatmeal even a bit less so around 58

I dont know how far you're out, but if you are still having protein powders try this:
1 or 2 scoops chocolate casein
1 tsp natural peanut butter
add just enough water to give it a pudding like texture.
Dude, you cant even tell its not the real thing. I use optimum nutrition chocolate casein.

So simple for Protein Icecream
- Cottage Cheese
- Whey powder
- Bit of water just to make it a smooth goopy mess.
- Stir it up in a bowl and then put it in the freezer.
- Go for your workout and come home to an amazing Post workout treat for doing such a good job in the gym.
(add creatine and or oatmeal depending on your postWO diet requirements)

Has anyone ever done this will just egg whites or egg beaters? I am only on 5g of fat per meal so it's kind of hard for me to work in.
I have used the whole egg, and while it is a little "sponge like"... yeah still amazing. :)

^^ Egg whites are a perfect substitute, and I have tried it before. Pretty much comes out exactly the same you just have to find the right amount of egg whites.

Something I have been doing lately that has been low cal/satifying is a sort of mock crepe. I do egg whites mixed with a little almond milk....maybe a 3:1 ratio, mix in some splenda/cinnamon and cook them like crepes/pancakes. Drizzle a little WF chocolate syrup inside, roll them up, then WF pancake syrup on top. Delicious and low cal.

ingredients:
-1-2 tortillas
-pam
-splenda
-WF zero calorie chocolate syrup
Take a small frying pan (big enough to fit the tortilla in) and get that baby real hot, spray with the pam, add the tortilla (cook until it starts to get crispy) flip it over, spray again with pam and sprinkle some splenda on it. Cook until the other side is crispy and then spread waldon farms chocolate syrup on it. Tastes like a freakin funnel cake from the fair!!!
