Hey guys,
Just completed my first cut (pics outdated, down quite a bit). Looking to jump back on a clean-ish bulk.
I was hoping to get some critique on my diet.
8 AM:
-(1) cup Oatmeal
-(6) Egg Whites, (2) Egg Yolks
11 AM:
-8 oz. Chicken Breast
-1 cup whole-wheat pasta
1 PM:
-(2) tbsp. Almond Butter on Whole Wheat Toast
-(2) cans Tuna
4 PM:
-8 oz. Salmon
-Sweet Potato
7 PM:
-Whey Shake
-2 cups brown rice
9 PM (30 min before workout):
-Anabolic Switch
-Whey Shake
11:15 PM (Postworkout):
-Waxy Maize
-Whey Shake
Midnight:
-Casein
