I am new to BB.com and much of the workouts I have been doing in the past were merely keeping me up to par and not going above and beyond my ability. Lately I have been working on increasing my lifting weight and I noticed after an intense arm day that the inside of my right bicep had a small bruise on it. I used to get these types of bruises from my high school wrestling workouts because of a certain type of throw but I don't do that any more. Does this mean I am trying to increase to fast in bicep workouts?
