Hi Shaun. Planks are hard!
Hiya ChocoChick :)
They certainly are!!! I used to do them all the time and was doing them with one arm and the opposite leg off the ground for 30 seconds each hand/leg, I'm going to progress to at least one handed next week and see how I go.

I agree w/ Elise - planks are REALLY hard. One of those "how hard can this be?!?!" exercises when you read about them. I start shaking after 30 seconds. Don't think I've ever braved a full minute.

I'm lucky that my husband is a bookworm, or else we'd certainly have trouble w/ sharing computer time. He'd have to get his own....:D

Have a great day!
Hiya Emma :)
I was up to 4 computers at one stage lol , down to just the laptop and my main desktop and my old Pentium 3 that lives under my desk that is used for a foot rest hehe, so really only 2

Going to have a great day tomorrow, ANZAC day in Australia tomorrow (25th), going to go down to the beach and take in some rays and some..... scenery :p , just hope there's not too many clouds. Going to have to do some outdoor cardio as well with it being a public holiday and gym closed.
