The contest is simple, we want to see you getting JACKED in the gym.
We want you to video tape yourself pulling off a feat of strength of endurance.
It can be absolutely anything, from bench pressing your body weight for x amount of reps, to doing a set of pullups to absolute failure!
We just want you to showoff!


RULES:

1) Take video of yourself getting JACKED!
2) Upload video to youtube, and post the link on the fan page @ www.Facebook.com/JackedFuture
3) Tell all your friends to like the fan page ( JackedFuture, and Anabolic Innovations )
4) In order for the likes to count, you and your friends must add the two pages to your likes.
5) The pages are www.Facebook.com/JackedFuture and www.Facebook.com/AISportsNutrition
6) Entries will be due by April 21st.
7) Deadline for votes/likes will be April 25th.

PRIZES:
