hi

i would like to know if my eating method is OK!!(do i need to eat more or less or change some of the food i eat)

I'm trying to have ripped body and ripped abs.

here is my eating plans:





Breakfast: 4 egg (white part only) + 3 slice of smoked breast turkey(99% fat free) + 2 slice fat free cheese


Morning Snack: protein shake + oatmeal + skimmed milk


after workout: Recovery drink


lunch: sweet potato


snack: green apple or banana


Dinner:tuna or chicken breast or grill beef or Subway sandwich.


before sleep :Apple +protein shake + skimmed milk



#####that's it####



I hope u will give some help and advise about my eating program
