Can anyone tell me the difference in training between these two? I'd really like to know. I really wanna go for lady 1 look. But is there anything different I need to be doing?

I would go with lady 2 she looks like she kills her self in the gym!
Lady 1 is also in great shape she can put some srs mass and look way better tho!

Lifting and not eating right is like doing homework and not turning them in!

Felicia Romero is a figure pro - she's been lifting hard heavy weights for many, many years and competing. Zuzana is just an average girl who works out (former soft core porn model - so likely a history of working out but probably light/circuit training and keeps an extremely tight diet year-round). Felicia has on seasons/off seasons - bulking and then contest dieting. Zuzana does not.
The similarities in both = they've both been doing it for many years and are both very dedicated to what they do. Remembering your previous posts, the only obstacle you probably have to #1 is just to be a lot more patient and give it a lot more time :) You can't really compare yourself to people who have likely been athletic their whole life.

They both have fantastic figures IMO, but I am guessing that #2 does not look like that on any given day... that is like, years of training coupled with rotating months of building and cutting cycles and then whipping out every trick in the book as competition time comes to get that sort of perfection. I'm sure she looks great when not 'on' too, but prob not the same? I'm guessing that for most of us, unless we seriously made an effort, I mean with a professional coach, extremely strict and well-planned diet and all, our best efforts would bring us more to look like #1. So I wouldn't hold back on training or anything if you want to look more like #1 than #2 :)

your first problem is, that "body rock" girl, is a paid model to advertise for that company. you have no clue what she is really doing.. Same goes for the "bow flex" models and many others... they say they use it, and they do, they use it for the grand total time they did the photo shoot..so a couple hours. LOL

It reminds me of p90x. Dreya Weber is a lifelong acrobat, she hardly looks that way from Tony's program.

Wow, everyone has shed alot of insight on the two. Id just rather look more athletic like lady 1. I just dont want to have too much muscle rather just have muscle and look ripped in a more female"ish" way if ya guys understand what im saying.

You won't accidentally look like Felicia Romero - she competes at the Olympia, you know that right!? Her life revolves around training and eating. Just train as hard as you can, for your lifestyle, and watch your diet. You need to be very spot on with your diet and training to maintain the kind of body fat % that Zuzana has.
Nothing comes fast or easy with either of those girl's physiques. Zuzana's is more attainable than Romero's, but I can guarantee that Zuzana's is no easy feat in itself.

i would love to look like both ladies! but seriously, though, they photoshop all these photos with shading in the right places, small adjustments, etc. if you met these gals in real life, they would not even stand up to their own pics. i try to compare myself to real women with untouched photos (like the ladies on this site) that would be a more realistic goal.
