I've attached a pdf chart for the past 14 days of my nutrition macros. I'm 192 lbs and about 150 lean +- 5lbs. 28 yo, I lift 4 days on one off. Play hockey 2x per week and supplement 1 day of 40 min moderate cardio and 20 min hit sprints. The first few days are a little out of whack because I was still trying to figure out what to eat. Looking to get bf% under 10. Let me know how I should adjust.
