Guys, I've been adding a bit more sodium into my diet this week, and I notice after I eat a high sodium meal, my vascularity shoots WAY up.
For example, earlier today I was looking very soft, I came home, ate my red meat meal, with seasons and salt to about 700mg of sodium. 10 minutes after I consume this meal, and I'm looking very sick on my vascularity.
Is there a way I can use this to my advantage before I go out on stage? I've been watching my veins everytime after I eat a meal, and its like clockwork on those high sodium meals.
