I eat very, very paleo. Some people might find my logs interesting.

This morning I had a swig of cod liver oil and went to the gym for a few hours. I did clean & presses and dumbbell bench presses. I kicked the thai bags for a bit. I practiced my one armed deadhangs and did some farmer's walks.

I'd had a bad flu this last week, so none of my numbers in anything were worth a crap. It feels like all of the weight I lost being sick came from my core and my legs, because all of my lifts sucked.

By lunch, I was hanging around with some friends and they wanted to go to some mall restaurant full of things I didn't want to eat. I ended up taking some of my friend's food because she couldn't eat it all. Lunch consisted of chicken and water.

Now I've taken the marrow and scraps off of the bones of 4 lamb shanks and that's pretty much dinner.

Later I might have some tea. I'm finally reading Weston Price's "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration," so I think I'll park myself at some coffee house.

Today:
Liver oil
Chicken
Marrow
Water
Tea (?)

Calories: I don't know
Grams of carbohydrates: Not many
Grams of protein: Probably plenty
Grams of fat: Yes!

I live in the San Diego area and I have just been having the hardest time acquiring grass fed beef organs. All I want is some liver that actually has nutrition in it. Everywhere I've tried is either really expensive or really unreliable.

Suggestions, San Diegan bodybuilders?

Yesterday:

-My father's meatloaf
-Tons of liver oil

Subsisting on normal meat products is getting difficult. I hate living in this place, real food is too hard to come by. The meat is just protein and water, it's nutritionally vacant. I need to get some grass fed crap and have an absolute feast of liver and kidneys in a hurry.

I just discovered from rereading Weston Price's book that apparently adrenal glands contain the most vitamin C of any plant or animal tissue known. I need to get some grass fed beef kidneys with the adrenal glands still attached and a BIG FAT marrow bone so I can make some soup.

Eyeballs are apparently just about the highest thing in vitamin A that exists, and the stomach, intestines and skin of grass fed animals are high in vitamin everything. I have never had the chance to eat an eyeball. It honestly sounds pretty gross, even for me.

Some Death Soup does sound pretty good about now though...
