I am 6 1’ tall weigh 172 lbs I have a three day work out routine Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays.

2900 Cals

180g Protein - 720 Cals
120g Fat -1080 Cals
275g Carbs -1100 Cals

I am trying to dial in my bulk diet, feedback tips pointers please post up.

352 Cals/ 68g Carbs/ 25g Protein / 5g Fat

Workout

Banana
Oats
Almonds

905 Cals/ 76g Carbs / 57g Protein / 30g Fat

Cal in vs Cal out, if you are gaining to fast then cut the cals down. If you are gaining slow or not at all then add more. You could hit your macros with lucky charms, PB and dirt for what its worth.
