Hi,

Ive been currently training for 3 months and have been modifying my regime which includes eating and gym work.

Im currently decided to try out defranco work out program:

Monday
max effort upper body

Wednesday
Max effort Lower Body

Friday
Repetition Upper Body


Nutrition

Breakfast 7.30am
2 scrambled eggs and wholemeal bagel

Mid morning 10.00am
Oats with water and banana

Lunch 1pm
2 Wholemeal pitta bread with either chicken breats or tuna
with spinach

Mid afternoon snack 15.30pm
Protein bar

Gym 6.45pm - 8.00pm
Protein shake

Dinner
Either Fish or Serloin steak
with vegetables or sweet potatoe


Im not too sure if im heading in the right direction...if im having my dinner too late...or if im eating to wrong stuff.

Im trying to lower my bodyfat and also trying to put on abit of mass.

Any guidance??? Anyone?

Yea for starters post int he Nutrition Section and not in the logs. 2nd Cal in vs cal out. Posting what you are eating and not giving a macro break down and telling us if you are leaning out or putting on fat does nothing.

Read the stickies, as in the proper section. I can tell you that you will get a better response.
