Complete discopathy recovery?

Hey guys I've been diagnosed discopathy today. I don't even know for how long I've had it, there have been occasional pains in my lower back every now and then for couple years. I've been to the doctor before, she made me lay down moved my legs in different directions and there had been no pains so she said I am alright. Today however I decided I want to get scanned. After the results showed up the doctor said it's most likely a discopathy.

So I am wondering is there a complete treatment to it? Could I get rid of it and get back on track with my training?
