Hi there. Im just about to do the same. I've got fat to get rid of now as I was bulking up. But just cut out the junk foods. Do cardio/ running machine. Eating fish/brown rice. If you eat alot cut your food intake down. And if you go to the gym in the morning don't eat anything until you have finished your workout. That way your burning fat not calories. You can take a fat burner to help.Exenderine is a good one. And whey protein has Been shown to help fat loss. And drink plenty of water. Because this also helps with fat. The most natural and healthy way to loose weight is Acai Berry. Amazonian tribes have long used this. It's well known to help loose weight. And it's known as the amazon Viagra lol. Haa.
Hope this helps.

Help yourself out from the start:
Read the sticky at the top of the nutrition forum:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981
The basic idea is you need to use more calories than you intake. By using one of the calculation methods in the sticky you can determine, roughly, what your required maintenance intake is to maintain your weight. Then you cut the amount of calories necessary by up to 500 kcal/day below maintenance depending on how aggressive you prefer your weight loss to be. Most don't suggest going much below 500kcal deficit/day as losing more than about 1-1.5 lbs/week is a recipe for losing a lot of muscle mass as well.
There are no hidden tricks and you will hear about all kinds of crazy suggestions of what to take, what "special" foods to eat/not eat, but what it really comes down to at a basic level is calories in vs calories out.

Choose one or the other. I would suggest trying to cut down since the summer is approaching and then put on some muscle as the summer comes to an end.
