Hi, I am a newbie to this site and I just started my bodyspace. I am doing the Burning the Fat 12 week program with Jamie Eason. I was wondering if there was a free printable log somewhere were I can keep track of calories, fat, protein, also if it has space to put a workout log of somesort also. I'd like to have something like that on hand. Also, if I want results, do I need to stick with the nutrition and workout plans to a T? Or can I go off a little if I don't have exactly what the menu calls for? Thank you for your time and any advice you can give!!!
