I was wondering if anyone could help me get on a good diet plan. Im attempting right now to get my bf down to 8-9%. Right now im at about 13-14%. I work out at least 4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 days a week. I eat whatever I feel like which I know is the problem to getting rid of the extra fat. If someone could help I would appreciate it.
