I recently injured my wrist messing around with mates and since then my wrist has been clicking when I rotate it. There is a slight pain on the right side of it.
It has been like this for 3 weeks now, I carried on training but the clicking and pain has got slightly worse. I have now stopped and am wearing a wrist support in hope that it will soon heal and I will be able to resume training.
It is frustrating that I cannot train and seek guidance and information, thanks

What do you mean by "messing around" with your mates? Did they twist your wrist? If that's the case, it's possible you may have sprained one of the many ligaments connecting all the little bones in your wrist.
If that is the case, give it some rest. Don't do exercies that will cause it to hurt, because that will just make the pain worse, and the healing longer.
Does it hurt to do push ups?

Hi, thanks for the reply
I had a few to drink at a party and my mates decided to have a dead arm competition, me being drunk went along with it. I think that I threw a sloppy punch and my wrist bent as I hit him. After that it clicked as I rotated it and had a dull pain on the right side.
I have had the last week off training and completely rested it and now after a week the clicking has become quieter and the pain has faded. Hopefully give it another week and it should be healed.
