Ive been really dedicated for the past 2 years. i know my progress has been terrible but i learn more every day. now for two months and a half ive been cutting.
taken now and i hate how i look:

been on a cut for 2 months.
ok. what shd i do to fill up the gap above my hips?
also, im at 1600-1800 cal a day with 250+g protein for 2 months and hardly see a difference.
about 50g fat 80-100g carbs.
day 1upper body
day 2 legs+abs+cardio
day 3 rest
intense training i try my best every workout. i know it doesnt look like it but been in the gym for 2 years
never had a 6 pack in my life.
plz help. im starting to get really ****ing pissed.
