I was helping someone with their diet and figured the information may help others so I'm copy and pasting it on here. Pretty basic stuff, but you never know who needs it.
Nevermind.....just realized my sent messages didn't save. Oh well, here's a summary.
Try carb cycling, go low carb 2-3 days then follow with a higher carb day and repeat. get 1.5-2g of protein per lb of body weight you have. 0.5 g carbs and 0.5 fat.
On higher carb days go for the same protein, but up carbs to 1.0-1.5g per pound. Been working well for me the last couple weeks.
