This is going to be my log to gaining weight&strength
I will post regularly about new lifting maxes, workouts, and weight gains.
Weight: 134
BP MAX: 180
SQ MAX: 310
40 time: 4.72
Pro Agility: 4.20
Vertical: 28.5
I play corner/safety, but may play OLB

Pretty sore..
Almost broke a kids neck by closelining him when he caught the ball in the endzone.
