Basically I'm about 8 weeks out from a show I want to compete in. I weigh 173 lbs. at 5.5% bf. I started adding in 20 minutes of cardio 4 days out of the week and I have really cleaned up my diet. If anyone could inform me on what steps to take during this 8 week period I would appreciate it.
