So today marks the day I will begin to track down my progress. I took around two months off of no dieting and no gym and just relaxed and now it's time to get back on track and start my transformation. I still have a bit of mass on me that I had gained before but lost some of it too. Strength for the past 3 weeks are starting to come back but definitely not feeling as strong as I was before I stopped. As of the weighing in the past two days I wasn't sure what I started at prior to the three weeks but I have noticed my face shrinking which is usually what starts to come off me anyways. I weighed in at around 215-218 the past two days and for the past three weeks have been taking creatine which might add to the weight because of the water I am holding. I will continue to update my log as often as I can and keep this as a way to track my progress. I will also be using Dailyburn to track my calories and see what I will be needing to change up in terms of the diet. Thanks for anyone that reads this and can keep me motivated. Ultimately I know that the main person that needs to be on my back and help me through this is myself. Thanks again if you're tuning in! Let's get it done ;)

So as of now for weighing in at 215 I will be using the method of multiplying my bodyweight by 15 and subtracting 500 and eating at that caloric deficit.
I will for now be eating around 2700 calories a day and will going for a carb cycling type of diet. After today ends will be my first log of everything including workout
