Lately.. I have been having thoughts of just complete defeat! I dont know where I stand anymore.. I just feel like im getting no where and im at a complete standstill. I know i have put on some muscle, but i am feeling very jiggy as well. My last weigh in was 2 weeks and i weighed 134lbs @ 21% bodyfat. I dont know what else to do, I see everyone around me, get results and im just getting fatter. Anyone have any suggestions?

Every day you have over 60,000 thoughts. Each one takes you closer to or further away from your goals. Think positive. If you have faith that your nutrition and exercise programme is taking you closer to where you want to be, stick to it for 6 weeks. Rely on results, not feelings. If you have doubts post up your programme in the exercise & nutrition forums to get it critiqued by people that have been in the game a while.

There is no reason you shouldn't be achieving while others around you are. Sounds like you the only thing you're lacking is a little confidence.

I have been bulking since late november. I just feel like im putting on more fat then muscle.. maybe im hitting a breaking point. Im not sure. I just figure I'd be alot closer to what i have pictured by now but i just feel like im going backwards.

You only posted 1 set of results (from 2 weeks ago). Is your body fat up or down from November? Is your weight up enough to suggest enough of what you put on is muscle? Were you cutting before you bulked? Often a bulk after a cut feels like a step (or steps) backwards. Likewise a cut after a bulk feels like anti-progress.

My bodyfat is def up since Nov. I believe is a 1:1 ratio give or take is whats been going on. But ive def put on a little more fat than muscle. This was my first bulk. I just decided i was too skinny back then so i decided go on a bulk. thats where i am now.
