How much fat do I need to burn?

I'm 6'0 170. I don't know what my body fat is, I have pics on my dash board thing. I think I have to get to 155 but not sure, any clue? I'm down from 195 but still have a gut.

Somewhat new to the forum aswell and I'm on a cut currently. I do know however the gut is last to go, what's your diet like?
