View Full Version : Help With Cutting From 230-200lbs (Diet+Supps)

Hey Fellas, I'm trying to get rid of about 20 lbs of fat. I was 290 lbs at my heaviest, and I'm now down to around 225 lbs.(I'm 6'2) It's time for me to get rid of the extra fat that has been stuck on me for the past couple of months, I'm at a plateau. I workout 3 days straight followed by a day of rest. lifting and cardio as well as training/fighting in MMA. I took OEP when i dropped the 65lbs, and I've been off of it for like 3-4 months now. Since then I've been just basically using protein and a healthy work out routine+ diet+ Jack3d this past month. .

Breakfast(6 am when I have work, 11am when Im Off)- 3-4 egg whites, 2 pieces whole wheat toast, glass skim milk
Pre-work out (if not working,Breakfast is my Preworkout. Otherwise)- Chicken breast, Green veggies, piece whole wheat toast
Post Workout-(2-3 hours later)- 48g Whey Protein in water
Dinner- Chicken breast, veggies, whole wheat bread
Before Bed- 25g Casein in water

I'm looking to lose fat but I don't want to compromise any muscle that I currently have plus I'd like to put on more lean muscle. I'm looking to get back on OEP.. with that I was thinking Anabolic Pump, Kre Alkylyn, Xtend intra workout and Super Cissus (Just because my joints take a beating when I'm training and I developed Tendonitis in my wrist). I was planning on taking these along with my Multi Vitamin, Fish Oil, Whey+Casein + a Pre Workout that I can take while on OEP,so i guess a low stim Pre w.o.

Are there better versions of the supps that I listed that I should look into? Anything you think I should add/remove?
