I worked biceps out about 2 weeks ago pretty hard. After a set of straight 40lbs bar curls I put the bar down contracted my right bicep and it seem to contract even more. Almost like a spasm. It freaked me out. Has anyone ever had this happen?? I mean it did it a couple of more times when I could contract the muscle all the way and then it would go further like it balled up itself and hurt. It stopped but today it just still doesn’t feel right. It looks ok. I thought maybe it was just over trained and figured it was a spasm? I forgot to add this to my lower post.
