Ok, I'm new to Bodyspace but think that it would put make my gains jump rapidly. I am a hard gainer (very lean....5'11" 185 4.9% body fat) I lift 4-5 days a week and use boxing and MMA as a cardio twice a week.
Here's my question....for my post work out meal, is waiting the extra 30 minutes after the work out to grill a steak, steam some vegitables and whip up a fruit salad worth it? From some sights I've seen its important to get imediate protein (shake or bar) and others I've seen its important for this to be your biggest most stacked meal of the day.
Any and all help is greatly appriciated....thanks,
Lowe

meal timing is not important unless you have another workout that day and you need to replenish glycogen immediately. If thats not the case eat whenever you want.

No, I keep my work outs to one session each day. So your recomending going with the bigger meal after my work out instead of the shake?

In that case it really doesn't matter what you have, as long as you hit your macros. Eat what you enjoy.
