Currently I was thinking of using this as a stack, however not sure of the dosage / if it's even a good stack....
All the products I'd buy are from allmax just because I can get a good deal on them....
Anyways...
Creatine Monohydrate - 5 g / Day
Beta - Alanine - 3 g / Day
Arginine - 5 g / Day
Glutamine - 10 g / Day, 5 pre, 5 post
Taurine - 3 g / day

Offensive Lineman, 285 pounds, My numbers are good so it's not really about gaining power although if it'll help I won't complain.
So... how does it sound? should I add anything? take out?
Consider just using a pre workout? N.O xplode / Shotgun?
Also consider getting green tea extract... get leaner? lose some fat for more room for muscle? Let me know.
