Currently I was thinking of using this as a stack, however not sure of the dosage / if it's even a good stack....

All the products I'd buy are from allmax just because I can get a good deal on them....

Anyways...

Creatine Monohydrate - 5 g / Day
Beta - Alanine - 3 g / Day
Arginine - 5 g / Day
Glutamine - 10 g / Day, 5 pre, 5 post
Taurine - 3 g / day

Offensive Lineman, 285 pounds, My numbers are good so it's not really about gaining power although if it'll help I won't complain.

So... how does it sound? should I add anything? take out?

Consider just using a pre workout? N.O xplode / Shotgun?

Also consider getting green tea extract... get leaner? lose some fat for more room for muscle? Let me know.

Personally, I'd bump up the BA to 6 g, and if you're really looking to save money, you could do well on just the BA and creatine. You could add in some caffeine for sluggish days. Alternatively, you could grab some Muscle Prime.

Green tea extract can be beneficial, but losing fat doesn't really make room for muscle. It will help improve your muscle definition, though.

yah I was just thinking a long the lines of not going over 285 to stay athletic, also i've heard not sure that taking caffeine and creatine together is a bad combo?
