Hi,
I am a female with 18% body fat and try to bring it down to 15%.
My routine is 1 hour cardio slot/day for 5-6 days/week and do weight lifting 4 or 5 times/week.
My question: what is the effective way to burn fat in the morning with empty stomach: CARDIO vs. Weight lifting?
And when I do my cardio should I stay at fat burn or cardio zone?

Thank you everybody!

Losing fat goes back to your diet. It has nothing to do with what time of the day you train. If you choose to do fasted cardio that's your choice, but it makes no difference in the end result.

Thank you for your reply. Meanwhile, should I not eating salmon or other fatty fish and no sodium at all?

Thanks again.

Healthy fats are crucial in your diet, so keep eating your salmon. There is nothing wrong with sodium. If you're staying well hydrated, you're constantly flushing your system.
