I am deloading this week and also staying off stims so I figured I'd go raw foods as well for the hell of it. Made a shake for tomorrow. Also currently prepping foods for sprouting.
Gonna be starting tomorrow.
Made a gallon liquid drink for tomorrow:
1 cup oat bran
1 cup broccoli
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup raw spanish peanuts
sprouted lentils 1/2 cups
4 tbsp flax seed
1 apple
1 banana
1 grapefruit
1 cup textured vegetable protein
tastes really bland, might add agave nectar next time.
1650 calories
approx 230 carbs, 55 fat, 120 protein, and a lot of fiber.
Will probably add 3 scoops of isopure whey unflavored (76g) to 1 cup of the shake and add water and chug it as well so I can hit my 200g of protein intake. Kinda want to order this raw protein powder I found online but it was about $1 per 18g.
Will be drinking lots of water and de-caf green tea during the day.

Didn't strictly follow it as I had hoped.... co-worker brought in free chocolate cake so I had like a sliver since no one else was eating it and I can't let delicious food go to waste.
other than that:
2pm:
3 scoops isopure unflavored whey
1/3 cup oat bran
1/2 cup textured vegetable protein (soy)
1 cup organic unsweetened soy milk
1 cup mixed juices
5pm:
1/2 cup sprouted lentils with 1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup oatbran with textured vegetable protein (soy), 2 tbsp flax seed, and 1/2cup soymilk
Currently: Chugging this gallon of blended stuff as in previous post, will post a picture of it in a minute. It's a little chunky so hard to chug down honestly I am like an eighth of the way through and dreading the rest.

Made peanut milk not bad
basically a scratch of this in a blender...

Raw spanish peanuts

Cinnamon
Raw Organic honey
1 packet of stevia
then sifted through it a couple times to get consistency.
currently cultivating my lentils. they should be ready by thursday. sprouting 1 lb.

this diet would be a lot easier to do if I wasn't doing a de-load week - hard to keep calories down.

during the day also drank approx 1.5 gallons of water, 1 tbsp of yerba mate, 1 bag of green tea, 1 bag of decaf green tea, 1.5 lemons in water.
**** minus the pizza that was a really good diet day. it's not even that good. just my frugality made me not turn down free food.
