I hit rock bottom with gluten. I've been eating a bit here and there for awhile now, but went over my threshold on Friday with pizza and a few beers. Saturday I was down for the count with severe foot/leg pain. Today is looking up and the bloat from the gluten is gone too :) Long story short, I have to do a better job staying away from bread and all that other yummy gluten stuff I crave so much.

I'm not a big drinker, but I like to have a beer every now and then and Redbridge just isn't one of my favs. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good tasting (if there is such a thing) GF beer?

I've seen it at Whole Foods but have never actually tried it. When I am having gluten issues or trying to be Paleo (as in right now) I stick with wine.

I've tried a gluten free beer called New Grist from my grocery store. It wasn't too bad. It's better than nothing, so I'm ok with it.
