had back surgery six months ago gained 20lbs, mostly on my stomach, back to training again have trained on/off for 15 yrs. have 2 months to lose it (vacation)...
dont know much about nutrition need advice please help
hows my program

workout 5x 2 off
mon: chest abs 30 min cardio tredmill
tues: back 30 min cardio treadmill
wed: legs 30 min cardio bike
thurs:shoulders abs 30 min precor eliptical
fri: biceps, triceps 30 min precor eliptical
off
off

meal 1 >1 cup plain oatmeal with water and cutup fruit; 1 cup plain yogurt
workout
meal 2 > 2 scoops protein iso with banana
meal 3 > whole wheat wrap with 1 cup of vegs with and/or tuna, turkey steak with 2 eggs whites
meal 4 > fish/chicken with 1 cup vegs, salad w oil and vinegar dressing
meal 5> 2-3 hours before sleep 1 cup of cottage cheese w cut fruit straw banana apple

need help what do u think, can i lose th twenty pounds in 7 weeks doing this

Sorry about the surgery! That stinks! I sympathize! But hey,you're not gonna let it drag you down.You'll be back on track in no time if you're motivated and dedicated!

Your workout sounds good... nice split. I'm also a big fan of cardio, so I'm glad you're incorporating plenty of that. It can really help! As you get more fit, you might even bump it up to 45 minutes or even an hour on some days.

One comment I might make is protein at breakfast. Yogurt has a little, but most are only 6-8 grams. Maybe thrown in an egg, which woiuold also help you get your fat up a little.

Meal 3 is a ilttle fat deficiet too. Do y ou use any dressing or mayo on your wraps? If not, I'd throw a little in!

I think if you really push it uyu can reach your goal. It'll be tough but its possible to keep it up to 3 pounds a week as long as you stay in enough of a deficit ;)
